What is the timeframe for my order to be made and shipped?
This will vary. Dependent upon the item(s) and size of order. We will strive to ship your order within 7-12 days. Please keep in mind, the shipping timeframes do not include the processing time for design and approval of custom orders.
Can I make changes, cancel or return my order?
Please email us at lovegrace1c13@gmail.com with any changes to your order within 24 hours. You can cancel you order with no cancellation fee within 24 hours. Exchange or returns are not allowed, so please make sure you verify your selection prior to checkout.
What if there is a problem with my order when I receive it?
Please email us at lovegrace1c13@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order if you received an incorrect item, missing item(s) or items are damaged. Any damage incurred during shipment or after 48 hours of receipt will not be replaced or refunded.
Why does the color of my item(s) look different than the website?
We try to make sure that the photos of our items accurately reflect the actual color of the item in person. However, due to the differences in monitor and device settings (brightness, contrast, saturation, etc) there may be a difference in color between what is shown on the site and the final product. If you need a certain color matched exactly for a custom order, then contact us so that arrangements can be made to obtain a sample of the color you need matched. There may be an additional fee for this, which will be discussed before any order is processed.
The shipper said my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it. What happens now?
You will need to contact the shipper to file a claim. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once processed with the shipping company. We will not credit or refund your order due to loss or theft once shipped.
